Forgot Catalyst Password

Use the steps below to recover a Catalyst user's password. These steps do not require the assistance of a Catalyst admin from their organization.

1. Open catalyst.drb.com . The Catalyst login dialog opens.

1. Select Change Password. The password reset dialog opens.

1. Enter the user's email address.
2. Select Send Email. An email sent dialog opens.

1. Follow the password reset instructions in the email.
