Forgot Catalyst Username

Use the steps below to recover a Catalyst user's username. These steps require the assistance of a Catalyst admin from the same organization.

1. Contact a Catalyst admin (Catalyst user role set to Tenant Admin) within your organization.
2. Request the admin to open the Catalyst Users panel and search the user's last name.
3. The username is the user's email address.
