Enhancement(s)

• Reporting is enhanced to include a new Dashboards panel, which is now the default panel that opens after signing in to Catalyst. The panel includes a General section, with corresponding metrics for Messages Delivered, Consumer Reach, EWA Activity, Memberships Recaptured, Retain Wash Revenue, Plan Revenue, Conversions, and Revenue from Marketing. The metrics can be viewed for Today (the default), Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year, or Last year.
• The existing SMS keyword opt-in functionality is enhanced to now check (using the customer phone number) whether a corresponding customer profile exists in Patheon. If not, Catalyst creates a customer profile (using the phone number) in Patheon, so the customer is included in customer segments. In previous releases, customers that opt-in, but don't have a Patheon customer profile, are not included in customer segments.
