Enhancement(s)

• Catalyst users can now create a campaign with flow, and save it as a draft so they can access it and resume/finish configuring it later.
• The Catalyst Quick Editor function is removed and replaced by the step-based wizard function, so users have an intuitive configuration experience that validates configuration settings are complete before allowing subsequent configuration settings to be configured.
