Flow Builder

  • The flow configuration tool's If/Else condition is enhanced to now provide a Landing Page Completed condition, which can be set to Any landing page, or a specific (already configured) landing page. Sites can use this, for example, to configure a Landing Page Completed condition for Any landing page, and then if Yes, send an email, and if No, don't send an email.

Landing Pages

  • Landing pages can now also be used to update contact information for existing contacts. Existing contact information that can be updated is first name, last name, and email address. Important: An existing contact's phone number can't be edited or updated. Entering a new phone number will create a new contact.
  • The SMS opt-in process now automatically provides Terms of Use and Privacy Policy language, and requires their acceptance via checkbox.

List Navigation

  • List navigation in Catalyst (campaigns, segments, flows, messages, barcodes, landing pages, and users) is enhanced to now include selectable page numbers for the three closest pages, as well as the ability to input and open a specific page. Tools to open the first page, previous page, next page, and last page are also available.
