Barcodes

Barcodes are re-used for reminder messages

  • If a barcode in a previous message isn't redeemed by a recipient, it can be used in a subsequent message (even if it's a different message). For example, if a welcome message provides a barcode for a free wash, but the customer doesn't use it, a reminder message to use the barcode can be sent and it'll use the same barcode.

Contacts

Contacts and detailed information for each, can now be viewed

  • A Contacts panel is now available so Catalyst users can view detailed information about a specific contact from within Catalyst regardless of segment.

  • It includes a search function, and each customer name is a link that opens a Contact Profile panel with the following information for each contact: Email address, Phone number, Address, SMS opt-in status (Not opted-in, Opted-in), Email status (Subscribed or Unsubscribed), RECENT MESSAGES, ACTIVE PLANS, INACTIVE PLANS, VEHICLES, PAYMENT, and TRANSACTIONS.

Miscellaneous

Catalyst menu navigation is enhanced

  • The Campaigns menu and Users menu navigation is now animated, and the processing "spinner" animation is now transparent, for a more natural and immersive navigation experience.

Segments

Segment configuration now includes the ability to specify location

  • The Add Segment panel now includes a Site rule, with the following available conditions: Last transaction site, Last transaction site group, Membership site, Membership site group, Most frequent site, and Most frequent site group.
