Specifications

Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) standards do not allow certain words to be used in marketing SMS text messages. Catalyst now identifies and prevents Catalyst users from including the words in SMS message text. Note: These standards do not apply to email, so these words are not blocked for email messages.

Tool tips are now available to help reduce confusion when an action, for example, Edit, Restore, Archive, or Delete, for a flow, message, segment, or landing page, is inactive. The tool tip can be viewed by placing the cursor over the action. The tool tip closes after the cursor moves off the action. Note: Tool tips are not available for active actions.

The Reports panel now includes a Keyword to Opt-in Conversion report, so Catalyst users can now track how effectively their SMS text message opt-in keywords drive user engagement. The report identifies which terms lead to the highest opt-in rates, enabling users to refine targeting strategies and maximize campaign impact. Metrics include Keywords, Total keywords, Successful opt-in, and Conversion rate. Users can specify a start date and end date for the report, and it can be exported to PDF or XLS format.
