Specifications

Catalyst users can now easily view all barcodes assigned to each customer from within the customer's contact profile. A dedicated Barcodes section displays a clear, sortable table listing each barcode, its type (single or batch), the related campaign, and the date it was redeemed (or “N/A” if it hasn’t been redeemed). Users can select campaigns to view more details, along with a barcode batch link to its configuration panel. For convenience, barcodes can be viewed in a dialog or downloaded as SVG files, making it simple to manage and use customer barcodes for marketing efforts.

This update enhances how quickly customers receive important messages after joining a segment. Messages, such as opt-in confirmations and rewards, are now sent immediately to customers, ensuring timely communication right after they sign up via phone, landing page, or kiosk. Segment messages, such as marketing campaigns, will be dispatched within an hour to balance speed and system performance. When creating opt-in reward campaigns, you can select a predefined segment to automatically deliver reward messages promptly while respecting quiet hours. This means your customers get a faster, smoother experience when engaging with your promotions.
