Specifications

Catalyst users can now let customers re-enter a campaign by enabling the new "Allow contacts to re-enter this campaign" checkbox when creating a campaign. This setting can only be changed before the campaign starts; if a contact meets the campaign criteria again after they’ve left the segment, they will be picked up on the next campaign service run (every 15 minutes by default), receive messages according to the campaign logic, exit the old funnel and begin the new flow. Re-entry is disabled for regular segments, and barcodes will refresh each time a contact re-enters to avoid duplicate codes. The re-entry choice is visible in the campaign summary and in the campaign preview so you can confirm the behavior before launch.
Campaigns now run every 15 minutes, so your messages and offers are delivered much faster and respond more quickly to customer activity. We’ve removed the campaign start time field from creation and edit pages; campaigns will be picked up automatically on the 15‑minute schedule. This change reduces delivery delays and helps you reach customers with timelier promotions and reminders.

Users can now open Catalyst side‑menu panels in a new web browser window, making it easier to work in multiple areas at once. This lets users view campaigns, segments, reports or settings side‑by‑side without losing their place - handy for previewing a campaign while editing another or comparing reports.
