Enhancement(s)
Barcodes
- Campaign Manager now rechecks for missing barcodes every 15 minutes and takes the number of available free barcodes into account. Previously the platform waited until the next day to retry, which could delay campaign starts. This change reduces delays and manual follow-up by allowing campaigns to proceed sooner as barcodes become available, improving reliability for barcode-based offers and marketing sends. No action is required from Catalyst users; the system will automatically retry and assign barcodes.
Miscellaneous
- The Catalyst user navigation is simplified so that when creating or editing a campaign, segment, message, flow, or landing page, users are now taken directly to that item’s details page instead of back to the list. This provides immediate confirmation that the save succeeded and makes it faster to review, continue configuring, or launch the marketing content - reducing steps and keeping your workflow moving.
- Catalyst users can now navigate straight from any details panel to related items - Campaigns, Segments, Messages, Flows, and Barcodes - making it faster to review and edit connected content. Links open in the same tab for a smooth workflow, with the exception of the Campaign creation summary step which opens in a new tab. This change saves time when building or troubleshooting campaigns and keeps your marketing workflow more connected.
Segments
- Segment details are now divided and organized using tabs, similar to other Catalyst panels. When a segment is selected, a SUBSCRIBERS tab is now available, with the following information: Total, SMS, and Emails. An AUDIENCE tab is also available, with the following information: Customer name, Phone number, Email, License plate, and RFID Number; an EXPORT AUDIENCE function is also available.
- Contacts whose first and/or last name are recorded as "Unknown" are no longer included in the "Has name" segment. This cleans up audience filters that were treating placeholder names as real customer names, improving the accuracy of name-based targeting and personalization in campaigns. No action is required for existing segments; all future distributions and lists will exclude these placeholder records.
SMS Text Messages
- SMS text message support is extended to now include support for MMS messaging, so users can upload and include an image or GIF in marketing messages. Users may only attach one image or GIF per message. Files must be 600 KB or smaller. The phone-style preview shows the image/GIF first, then the message text so users can preview the campaign on a real device. Important: MMS is intended for marketing/promotional use and supports a higher character limit (1600) than standard SMS.
Resolved Issue(s)
- An issue that could cause a workflow campaign to fail on the "Plan Status Changed" condition step is resolved.
- General fixes.
