Enhancement(s)
Barcodes
- Catalyst now tracks barcode redemptions in campaigns, even if the barcode isn’t linked to a customer. This provides the ability to measure campaign performance and redemption, including unlinked/guest barcode redemptions. Note: This enhancement only applies to batch barcodes.
Opt-In
- Kiosk terminal opt-in delivery speed is significantly increased. Opt-in reward SMS messages are now sent within one minute of a customer completing a kiosk opt-in (it previously could be delayed up to 30 minutes), so customers receive rewards and confirmations almost instantly, improving customer satisfaction and driving faster reward redemption.
Resolved Issue(s)
- An issue that allowed customers to submit a phone number that already existed in Catalyst at a landing page is resolved. In this release, a message similar to "Multiple accounts have been detected with the phone number provided. Please contact car wash site to resolve this issue" is displayed if an existing phone number is submitted.
- General fixes.
