Campaigns
Campaign creation is now simpler, with a single ADD CAMPAIGN function on the CAMPAIGNS panel
- When selected, a dialog prompts users to select between creating a One-time Send campaign for SMS or email messaging, or an Automated Campaign for workflow-based messaging. Each option includes a clear title, icon, and short description to help users choose the right campaign type. This enhancement simplifies campaign creation, and provides a more guided starting point for building customer campaigns.
Resolved Issue(s)
- An issue that could prevent an existing customer in Patheon from having their opt-in status changed to yes, upon the customer opting in, is resolved.
- General fixes.
